I like my kopi serve in really hot, I feedback why it wasn't hot enough but already sipped 25% and they willing to bring it back to kitchen to reheat and refill as fresh served. They really put customer satisfaction first."

"Atmosphere: 4.25 Cool air conditioned and fans, most important when eating spicy food. However the chairs are not comfortable. Service: 3.5 It's okay but they did send wrong things to my table twice (supposedly for 2 other different tables). Food: Dry Chili Pan Mee 3.5 The taste is quite good. The sauce is very dry/little, basically the taste comes from the anchovies, fish flakes (I think), seasoned minced pork with pork lard and pork fat which I don't like. The egg is superb with runny egg yolk which bounce into my mouth and explode Chili self adds on the side of the table (it's spicy, add sparingly and slowly). The chili is the type where the burns linger on your lips/mouth for awhile. The noodle texture is pretty good but personally it's a bit soft for me. Too bad they don't have the option of thick noodles. Priced at Rm 12.50+ Food: Fried Dumpling 3 Freshly fried with very crunchy batter but overall it's not flavourful enough. The fillings are packed with minced pork with some veggies but I can't feel the crunch I was expecting, probably over cooked veggies. Also doesn't have any prawns, the small one has 4 pieces at Rm 9.55+ Dessert: Shaved Ice Dragon Fruit 3.25 I thought it was a drink, anyway it's just nice to.cool down after Chili Pan Mee. Priced at Rm 4.80+"

"Food: 4/5 Ordered the signature pan mee. While ingredients could have been more, the noodles were chewy and delightful to eat. Beware though, the chilli flakes are really really spicy. I made a mistake by looking down on it lol. The tofu dish is quite good too, crispy and refreshing. Service: 3/5 While every service attendant works fast to clear tables and to serve, they seem to be on autopilot and frankly speaking, not exactly the smartest in the shed. I requested a bowl of soup as the spice got to me, and a male service attendant got me a bowl lol. So I told him again, I wanted soup as it was too spicy. He then slowly made his way to the back of the restaurant and did not even serve my soup but instead, walked past me to serve another table their food and was left with a bowl of soup that he forgot who wanted it. Man, I was annoyed since I waved at him twice for the soup. Atmosphere: 5/5 Air-conditioned and fast turnaround time."
